Are pets allowed in the accomodation?

Pets are not always allowed in the accomodation.
Please refer to the description of the accomodation.
You can also choose an accomodation allowing pets, by selecting the filter "pets allowed" narrowing your search.

How can I cancel my booking?

We propose a cancelation insurance that covers the booking (3.5% of the amount of the accomodation).
The insurance must be subscribed when you make the booking, before the first payment.

You can also choose not to take it, before the first payment.
In this case, the cancelation fees are : 
Cancellation + 30 days before the holiday starts = 30% of the total will be kept by the Reservation Centre.
Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the holiday starts = 50% of the total amount kept.
Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the holiday starts = 75% of the total amount kept.
Cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival = 100% of the total amount kept.

To cancel your booking, please send us an e-mail, explaining your reasons.
Your request will be processed as soon as possible.

The accomodation are visited and ranked according to a national repository. Each category from 1 to 5 stars ensures you confort and quality service.

All our accomodation are available in real time.
The accomodation found after a research on specific dates are available.

When can I join you ?

From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and then from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

What does the snowflake ranking mean ?

The accomodation are visited and ranked according to a resort repository. Each category from 1 to 5 snowflakes (declined in bronze, silver and gold) ensures you confort, charm and quality service.

How can I book?

If the booking takes place more than 30 days before your holiday starts, you should pay The Booking Centre:
- a deposit of 30% of the total cost
- Fees (€11 for accommodation and €5 for some prestations)
- you will have the option of taking the cancellation – interruption insurance. 
If payment is less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, you should pay us the full amount.
