We propose a cancelation insurance that covers the booking (3.5% of the amount of the accomodation). The insurance must be subscribed when you make the booking, before the first payment. You can also choose not to take it, before the first payment. In this case, the cancelation fees are : Cancellation + 30 days before the holiday starts = 30% of the total will be kept by the Reservation Centre. Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the holiday starts = 50% of the total amount kept. Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the holiday starts = 75% of the total amount kept. Cancellation between 7 days and the day of arrival = 100% of the total amount kept. To cancel your booking, please send us an e-mail, explaining your reasons.
