Let yourself be guided through a surprising tasting experience. Throughout the evening, 3 carefully selected beers and 3 cheeses will offer no fewer than 9 possible pairings to explore — some obvious, others completely unexpected.
Discover how the bitterness of hops, the smoothness of malt, or the roasted notes of a beer can enhance — or completely transform — a cheese platter.

The beers come from Brasserie des Terres Blanches, winner of last year’s People’s Choice Award — a distinction that reflects both outstanding craftsmanship and genuine public enthusiasm.
The workshop is hosted by Emmanuel Gillard, beer sommelier, who will share his passion and expertise throughout the tasting.
