On booking Center, the apartments and chalets are classified according to several criteria. This article aims to explain the different classification methods to help you choose the accommodation that best suits your needs.

What does the classification of accommodation in flocons mean?

All the furnished accommodations on our website have been visited and labeled by an independent entity: "l'Espace Propriétaires". Flocons, from 1 to 5, are attributed to the accommodations and are devided:

Bronze : basic level of the labeled accommodations
Silver: intermediate level (requiring 6 out of 12 criteria to be obtained)
Gold : superior level (requiring the achievement of 8 criteria out of 12 + the unity of style / color in the whole accommodation)

They are classified according to more than a hundred criteria. This label assures you the quality of the accommodation you are going to rent.

Find our accommodations : apartments and chalets in Les Menuires. The criterion "Label Qualité Les Menuires" allows you to filter the accommodations by number of flakes.

What about the national "star" classification?

This national classification, ranging from 1 to 5 stars, also qualifies the furnished tourist accommodation. It's a national and international reference. What is its goal? To indicate to the client a level of comfort, equipment and services.
