🎒 My Mountain Adventure – Teen Team (Ages 12–17)

🔥 Ready for an unforgettable adventure? Come and experience thrills, take on challenges and share unique moments with other young people your age!

The teen programme is an explosive mix of sport, nature and adrenaline, led by a dynamic, motivated and caring team.

Every day, you’ll explore, get active, push yourself… and gain confidence and independence. You’ll laugh, get excited, make progress… and create memories that will last a lifetime ⚡ A fun, intense and 100% unforgettable experience to enjoy to the full!

The activity takes place over five full days, from Monday to Friday. ​

On the programme (subject to change depending on the weather):

🌊 Canyoning
💦 WAM (Water Activities in the Mountains)
🏄‍♂️ Wakeboard
🥾 Mountain adventure trails
🎿 Biathlon
🧱 Bouldering

🧭 Practical information
Open Monday to Friday in front of the ESF offices on the Croisette from 9am.
End of the day at 5pm. 

Each child brings their own picnic: a relaxing break shared with the whole group before setting off on new adventures!

🎒 Recommended Equipment
For the best experience, make sure your child comes with:

• A small backpack suited to their size
• Closed-toe sneakers and socks (mandatory)
• Hat or cap
• Sunglasses
• Rain jacket (depending on weather)
• Down jacket or warm coat
• Sunscreen
• Water bottle and snack
• Swimsuit and towel for water games
