La RésidenceThe Hameau de la Sapinière residence is located on the heights of the Les Menuires ski resort in the Reberty 1850 district.
In a quiet and intimate environment, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort and at the foot of the ski slopes, our residence - divided into several chalets - combines the comfort, privacy and independence of our clients in rentals for 4 to 11 people.
The hamlet of La Sapinière is a residence of standing, with a mountain atmosphere, ideal for a holiday with family or friends in the largest ski area of the world of the 3 valleys.
The establishment is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
Services included for stays of 7 nights or more:
Beds made on arrival
2 towels per person (linen changed halfway through your stay, on request)
Kitchen kit and 2 tea towels
Cot, high chair and baby bath: available free of charge, subject to prior booking as numbers are limited
End-of-stay cleaning included, excluding the kitchen area and crockery
The first bag of firewood for wood-burning stoves is complimentary
1 complimentary Wi-Fi access

Services subject to a charge:
Pets: €161 per week per pet
Cleaning charge: €250
Bag of firewood: €15 per bag
Access to sauna, steam room and hot tub: €15 for 50 minutes per person, subject to booking (Sunday to Friday, 4pm to 7.30pm)
Outdoor parking: €49 per week per car
Covered outdoor parking (max. 2.20m): 2 reserved spaces: €133 per week and 3 reserved spaces: €168 per week
Underground parking (max. 1.90m): 2 reserved spaces: €154 per week. Advance booking is compulsory for parking as spaces are limited
Bread and pastries can only be ordered if requested the day before
