La première personne rencontrée le matin pour régler la taxe de séjour ne m’a pas expliqué ou récupérer les draps et linges de toilette. Conclusion : je me suis retrouvée au moment de forte affluence au pressing alors que j’aurais eu toute la journée pour les récupérer.
