vaisselle dépareillée, chauffage au lieu de sèche serviette dans la SDB, chauffage d'appoint à la place du chauffage initial, porte fenêtre non étanche à l'air (poignée changée mais inadaptée), aucun effort déco, aucun effort énergétique ...
