Bonne situation pour les pistes ainsi que les commerces au pied de l'immeuble.
Local à skis très petit.
Il faudrait un radiateur supplémentaire dans la pièce principale car la baie vitrée rayonne beaucoup de froid et il est difficile d'obtenir une température confortable malgré le thermostat au maxi
