Appartement très agréable. Quelques remarques :
- remplacement indispensable de la poignée de la porte d'entrée
- remplacement de la poubelle de la cuisine
- la porte donnant sur le balcon ne ferme pas
- la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas
- aucun verre à vin
