Appartement top vetuste avec des fenêtres simple vitrage (gouffre énergétique)pas de vannes thermostatique sur le radiateur donc température ingerable. Frigo des années 1980 sans aucune étagère et très bruyant à éteindre la nuit. Salle de bain rénovée misérablement. Oisan 36
