Manque de rangement pour épicerie et/ou vêtements . La vaisselle était totalement dépareillée: pas deux assiettes identiques. 1 poêle au lieu de 2 qu'il a fallu re laver ainsi que la cocotte-minute qu'il a fallu re laver ,aspirateur qu'il fallait obstruer avec le doigt pour fonctionner.

Logement correspondait aux attentes.
En ce qui concerne l'accueil, la fermeture de l'agence à 19h un jour d'arrivée ne correspond pas aux attentes des clients
