Très bonne isolation thermique.
Très mauvaise isolation phonique avec l'appartement situé juste au-dessus.
Appartement agréable (quand les voisins due l'étage supérieur ne sont pas bruyants comme ceux que nous avons eux), bien équipé.

Bon hébergement mais ascenseur en panne pendant plusieurs jours lors de notre arrivée et isolation phonique de l'immeuble très mauvaise
