Besoin d'une petite rénovation. Ouverture et fermeture des fenêtres et baies vitrées difficiles, voire pas du tout dans une chambre car bloquée par tringle à rideaux. Dans une autre chambre le rideau ne tenait que par quelques crochets.
Tuyau de douche qui fuit.
Et le gros point négatif le bruit
