Le propriétaire a t il besoin que les locataires fassent un cagnotte pour avoir un aspirateur digne de ce nom et le système de lavage des années 50 etc…?

Excellent emplacement. L’accès au logement un peu compliqué et pas complètement accessible avec une poussette. Décoration et ameublement un peu viellot, mais literie de bonne qualité.
