Pièce à vivre trop grande, décoration en bois brut (source de nombreuses échardes), aspirateur non fonctionnel (signalé à l'agence des Belleville, pas de sac aspirateur, filtre colmaté, pas de sac aspirateur de remplacement fourni par l'agence), propreté insatisfaisante.
