Hameau de la Sapinière residence, a recently renovated 3-room apartment with a sleeping cabin for 6 people, 72 m² on one level, with a balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room: conventional oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
Bedroom 1: 1 double bed.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds.
Sleeping area: 2 bunk beds.
1 shower room and 1 en-suite shower, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
1 separate toilet.
First bag of firewood provided free of charge.

La RésidenceThe Hameau de la Sapinière residence is located on the heights of the Les Menuires ski resort in the Reberty 1850 district.
In a quiet and intimate environment, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the resort and at the foot of the ski slopes, our residence - divided into several chalets - combines the comfort, privacy and independence of our clients in rentals for 4 to 11 people.
The hamlet of La Sapinière is a residence of standing, with a mountain atmosphere, ideal for a holiday with family or friends in the largest ski area of the world of the 3 valleys.
The establishment is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
In Winter:
Services included : beds made on arrival, towels, towel change mid week (with supplement on demand), kitchen kit, baby cot and high chair: free of charge booking required. Final cleaning included except the kitchen and dishes. 1 bag of firewood offered.
Extras : Wellness centre (sauna, hamam, and spa): 15€/50 min/person., Pet allowed: 98€/week/pet., Bags of firewood: 12€ per bag., Extra for parking: 49€/week/car for an outdoor car park place; covered car park : 2 places 126€/week - 3 places 161€/week; underground car park : 2 places : 147€/week. For a car park place a booking in advance is required with the residence.

Services included : Bed linen and towels included. Beds are not made on arrival (supplement beds made depends of the type of the apartment). Towels aren’t change in the week. Car park free on the residence. (pre booking not possible), Free access to the wellness centre of the residence (sauna, hamam and spa), closed on saturday towels not furnished, booking required at the residence. Final cleaning ( except from the kitchen and the dishes) and cleaning kit included. , Free Wifi access : one/apartment.
