Matelas sales/couvertures et duvets sales/kit de draps lavables que nous avions réservé (rappelez 2 fois par mail et au téléphone la veille pour être sûr de l'avoir) n'était pas disponible. Obligé de rappeler l'agence qui avait fermée bref la pagaille. La qualité de la literie est nulle.
