Appartement vieillissant et peu entretenu avec plusieurs dégradations découvertes à notre arrivée .Les extérieurs de
L'espace détente , en accès libre , hors sauna ,hammam,piscine étaient sales . L' extérieur de la résidence était extrêmement verglassé ,malgré quelques tapis caoutchouc .
