1) Améliorer les luminaires: moins de néon, plus de lumière douce.
2) Avoir une agence ouverte le dimanche matin: si le jour d'arrivée est samedi 17-19, il est probable que si on découvre un problème c'est dimanche matin qu'il faut le régler
